You load it at your own pace while you work, and we haul it away when the rental period ends.
When a Container on Site Makes Sense
Call us when you are ripping out old materials, clearing a property, or starting a big house project. Curbside bins fill fast, and debris piled on the ground is a mess and a trip hazard.
With a box parked at the work area, sheetrock, flooring, old cabinetry, and fixtures go straight from the room into the container. Nobody has to stack, move, and re-lift the same debris, so the tear-out goes faster.

Getting Your Property Ready for Delivery
Before we arrive, clear the placement area, open any gates our truck has to come through, and mark the drop-off spot if you have a preference. A mark on the pavement or a cone is enough for our driver to put the box where you want it.
A container set on a street or other public right-of-way may need a local permit, so sort that out before delivery day. A driveway or your own yard keeps that question off the table.

How We Place the Container
We deliver on a roll-off truck with a hydraulic tilting system. The bed tilts, and the container slides off onto the spot you cleared. We set it so you can walk up to it and load without climbing over anything, then leave it for the rental period while you fill it.
Winter freezes are occasional here, but the ground still shifts a little after them, so we set the box on pavement or firm, level ground whenever we can. If your spot is soft, we would rather sort out a better one before the truck backs in.
Pricing and Rental Period
A 10-yard dumpster rental for a standard 5-day period runs $350 to $450. Call and we will give you that typical range on the spot; the final number is set after we have seen the job and the place the container will sit.
If your project will run longer than five days, tell us when you book so the schedule and the price are settled before the box is dropped.
Permits When the Job Involves Tearing Down a Structure
If the container is for demolishing a structure, the work cannot begin in Athens-Clarke County until a demolition permit is secured and utilities are cut off and capped at the street. Designated historic properties also need a certificate of appropriateness first. Get those handled before we set the container so it is not sitting full of nothing while you wait on paperwork.
